Where to get physical therapy degree

Hybrid DPTs are a great option for those who need flexibility in where they live and how they complete their degree. Currently, online doctor of physical therapy programs are synonymous with hybrid DPTs. Because of the hands-on nature of parts of the curriculum, there is currently no online DPT available that does not require students to report to campus on a semesterly or sometimes weekly basis. These programs take into account the knowledge that PTAs currently possess, but may still require that PTAs complete additional observation hours, prerequisite coursework, or other requirements before applying.

Achievement of Candidate for Accreditation status is required prior to implementation of the professional phase of the program; therefore, no students may be enrolled in professional courses until Candidate for Accreditation status has been achieved.
